Now, more than ever, preterm babies need your support. This Christmas, we ask you to consider making a tax-deductible donation to WIRF and give the Gift of Life this Christmas. Every dollar counts in helping improve the lives of women and infants.

How would you like to help?

This Christmas support mums in need, by purchasing a Baby Bundle. Bundles include essential babywear and blankets for mothers with babies born preterm, or in an emergency situation and who are unable to provide for their baby immediately. Give the greatest gift this Christmas to a baby in need.

Baby Bundles - $28
Many women rushed to hospital in an emergency, and often from regional and remote WA, have nothing but the clothes on their back and uncertainty ahead. This can be a very desperate, lonely, and isolating time. Women’s Care Packages provide women with the essentials they need, such as toiletries, underwear, sanitary items and clothing to get through their stay.

Currently, Aboriginal mothers face double the rate of preterm birth and maternal mental health problems of non-Aboriginal mothers. WIRF’s goal is to close this gap. You can help by donating to our world-first programs that aim to improve healthcare access and outcomes for Aboriginal communities.

Close the gap for Aboriginal mothers and babies - $150
By funding critical research and development of our world-first Artificial Womb, you will be enabling a bridge between the natural womb and the outside world – allowing very preterm babies the chance to better develop their lungs and other important organs before birth. Not only allowing these babies to survive, but also preventing long term health complications due to being born premature.

Baby Bundles

More than 6,000 babies are born at KEMH each year. Many newborns arrive in an emergency and some without the essential babywear and blankets they need. The Baby Bundles program exists to support WA families who need a helping hand during their newborns first few weeks of life.

Women's Care Packages

The experience for new mothers and women undergoing cancer treatments can often be a lonely, isolating and scary one. WIRF Women’s Care Packages provide a variety of items to help these women at a time of real need.

PayPal is a secure means to make your donation online, you don't need an account. When you make your credit card donation via PayPal you will receive instantly on the screen a receipt number for your donation and a confirmation email from PayPal to your account.

Is my donation tax deductible?
