Jim Davies has a distinguished marketing and advertising pedigree spanning more than 40 years.
He moved to Australia from the UK and in 1984 became the inaugural managing director of Saatchi and Saatchi Australia based in Sydney. He returned to the UK as Vice Chairman in 1988 managing high profile accounts such as British Airways and Vodafone.
In 1993, he joined fledgling agency 303 in Perth and oversaw its growth into the largest independent agency in Australia, with expansion into brand consultancy and digital marketing.
He is a keen amateur tennis player, has been president of Dalkeith Tennis Club, served on the Tennis West board and was a director of Tennis Australia from 2011 to 2014. Jim was also a founding board member of Perth Glory.
Jim currently lives down south and serves on the board of the Women and Infants Research Foundation and as Chairman of Margaret River Open Studios.
