  • Tony Walsh has over 30 years’ experience in dealing with listed companies, ASX, ASIC and corporate transactions including 14 years with the ASX in Perth where he acted as ASX liaison with the JORC committee, four years as Chairman of an ASX listed mining explorer and as a director of a London AIM listed explorer.

    He is currently Company Secretary of Battery Minerals Limited and Legend Mining Ltd, and a director of Entek Resources Limited.

    Tony is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, a Fellow of the Governance Institute of Australia, the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia.

    Tony is currently Chair of the WIRF Board, the charitable arm of King Edward Memorial Hospital in Perth, and is chairman of Acts2 College.
For over 40 years, WIRF has conducted and supported research to improve the health of women and infants.
