  • Elected to the Board February 2015

    Wylie is a senior finance leader and qualified accountant with more than 20 years’ experience in manufacturing, mining and resources.  He has a strong background in leadership, strategy, and business transformation, along with governance, financial management and business planning.

    He holds a Bachelor of Business in Accounting from QUT.  He is a Fellow of CPA Australia, a Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Management.

    He has two children who were high risk pregnancies, with his eldest daughter born premature at 25 weeks gestation at KEMH in 2010 where she spent 99 days in the special care nurseries before going home.  His goal is to make a difference to others who may go through the same journey.
