  • Hannah Watson graduated from Otago University in New Zealand with a Bachelor of Science majoring in Anatomy and a Bachelor of Science with Honours in Psychology.

    During her Honours research, Hannah looked at the correlation between green space exposure and suicidal ideation. 

    Post graduation, Hannah assisted individuals with brain injuries in their rehabilitation journey, as well as advocating for greater education and community awareness in the neurodegenerative space. 

    With WIRF, Hannah will be working on all projects using a sheep model of pregnancy, with particular focus on the optimisation of antenatal steroid therapy and artificial placenta development projects.
For over 45 years, WIRF has conducted and supported research to improve the health of women and infants.
