  • With over 20 years of experience across corporate, educational, training, and leadership roles in the UK and Australia, Vicki brings a wealth of expertise in driving business growth and empowering teams. She has supported more than 3,000 Australian entrepreneurs and coached hundreds of individuals to achieve impactful results. As the co-author of The Momentum Mindset, Vicki has also developed numerous inspirational learning and development programs that have left a lasting impact.

    In her role as Research Talent Development Officer at WIRF, Vicki collaborates closely with the CEO, Chief Scientist, and Scientific Committee to shape and implement career support initiatives. She plays a pivotal role in fostering an ecosystem that meets the evolving needs of researchers, ensuring their work is seamlessly integrated into WIRF’s promotional, community engagement, education, and philanthropic efforts.

    Vicki’s work extends globally, collaborating with medical researchers and stakeholders across Australia, Singapore, Japan, Chile, and the United States, strengthening WIRF’s international reach and impact.
