Overview

Dr Carpini’s research aims to develop and validate the Proactive Emergency Neonatal Transportation Template (PENTT) to improve the stabilisation and retrieval of critically ill newborns across Western Australia. By standardising coordination and communication between retrieval teams, PENTT will enhance efficiency, reduce stabilisation times, and support better outcomes for sick newborns.

Dr Joseph A. Carpini is a Senior Lecturer at the UWA Business School, with research focusing on individual work performance, mental health, and diversity.
