Get rewarded for your loyalty to WIRF

Cafe customers will now be able to “Order ahead” or “Pay in store” with an app that you download to your phone. There wis no need to carry money, credit cards or the old-style discount swipe card, nor will you need to phone ahead, as we have incorporated all of this into our new app. There will also be no need to put money on your account.

WIRF has also recently launched its new Point of Sale System which allows customers to enjoy mobile and contactless ordering and payment via the new loyalty app. 

Once you are a member, via the app, you will earn loyalty points for every purchase of food and drinks from our Café to spend in store. This equates to a 10% discount off your food and drinks. To earn points simply make a purchase via your app. For every $1 spent you will earn 10 points! You can use your points to redeem special offers or in-app credit. So now there’s extra incentive to buy gifts for your friends and family from the WIRF Gift Shop!

The WIRF Café Gift Shop app will make the most of your in-store experience, allowing you to pay through your mobile via – 

• Pay in-store / Pay At Counter – Simply open our app and tap “Pay at Counter”, you will receive your customer number. Order as usual, then let our staff know you’re paying with the app. Our team will process the payment to your phone and you will receive a live receipt when payment is successful. Using this method you will also earn points on any gift shop purchases.
• Order Ahead – Again you open the app and tap ‘Order Ahead”, select your food and drink options, add them to the cart and press “Order”. You will be advised of the amount of time needed to process your order so that you can be available to pick up your completed order. Payment will be processed once you have finalised your order, via the app.

• Vouchers, saved offers, credit or item rewards.

And as a special offer and thank you for downloading our app, you will automatically receive a $5 credit to use in store. Get Started by downloadinh the WIRF Café app, use either the App Store or Google Play. After you’ve downloaded it, just set up your profile, upload your payment information, and you’re ready to go! Built by a world-leading app provider, LOKE, we use Payment Card Industry compliant security to ensure your transactions and privacy is of the highest standard. All major credit cards are accepted. Download the app before 9th April and start enjoying our rewards.

Of course the usual cash and EFTPOS payment systems are also available, however loyalty points are only earned via the app.
