Q & A with Brad Brashaw

Brad1-(2).pngRecognising Aigle Royal Group’s Major Sponsorship of the 2021 WIRF Gala, we sat down with Chief Executive Officer, Brad Brashaw, to discuss their linkages to WIRF and our work.

Q: We were thrilled to announce Aigle Royal Group as the Gala’s Major Sponsor. What is it about the event which struck a chord with you?

A: We’ve long known about the critical work that WIRF have been delivering to improve the health of women, babies and families in Western Australia and we wanted to help amplify the positive impact of this work any way we could.

I think what WIRF are achieving in the field of preterm birth prevention is nothing short of astounding. To know Australia is now leading the world in preterm birth prevention, and the roots of this success start here in WA, specifically at WIRF, this should be a great source of pride for all Western Australians.
WIRF are a great WA success story and the Gala is the best platform to tell that story.

Q: What are some of the commonalities you think Aigle Royal Group shares with WIRF and its work?

A: Aigle Royal are committed to building vibrant Western Australian residential communities and commercial developments through innovation, sustainability, with family and lifestyle at the core of our vision. We see great synergies with WIRF’s pioneering research and programs that are focussed on building healthy families.  Aigle Royal and WIRF have both grown and evolved as our city has, with both striving to be successful leaders in their respective fields.

Q: Supporting Western Australian charities and communities is nothing new to the Aigle Royal Group. What continues to drive this commitment to giving back?

A: As passionate corporate citizens, it is a privilege for each member of the Aigle Royal team to be involved in supporting groups such as the Women and Infants Research Foundation and the Gala. Our philanthropic initiatives, which also include active contributions to the Starlight Children’s Foundation, Ronald McDonald House Charities and Telethon, demonstrate our focus on giving back to the community.
